February just around the corner

Well January is almost gone and we have had another good showing at the Farm Show. It seemed a little quieter this year but maybe Wendy and I are so used to hub-bub now we don't even notice. Burr and Florance said it was busy on consumer night. Flo said all she did was keep frosting donuts with our Maple cream and Burr kept dipping up more Maple kettle corn. Sounds like a good time had by all. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to say hello. February gets us closer to the sugaring season. Still always look forward to the smell in the sugar house.
