Syrup to taste

We often get asked which is the best grade of maple syrup, after we explain that we have four different grades we suggest they taste them to see which one they like. They usually think they will like one of the lighter ones best but are surprised to find they like the dark grades. Burr and Elliott say that sugar-makers like Fancy the best. We find people from the South like grade B. So if you're not sure where you stand on which grade is the best,come on up and taste for yourself.
