Seasons End
Looks like sugaring season is coming to an end, but it sure has been a good and busy one. Some late nights of boiling to make room for the seeming never ending flo of sap. A sugar makers dream and nightmare all at the same time, not wanting to loose a drop of sap to make more of the liquid gold. All in all a great year. Stop by and get some of this years syrup! There are years that we want to remember because great things happened to us. I would say mine is last year. I got to travel around South America and Argentina changed my whole vision of the world. I ended up renting one of those Buenos Aires apartments because I realized that I wanted to stay there as long as I could. People are the friendliest, and the weather makes you want to be outdoors all day.
